Head of Growth Marketing


We’re looking for a driven and creative marketer to take ownership of our demand generation, campaign and product led growth activities.


Alongside our CMO and working with go to market and product teams your remit will be to reach our target optimise how we reach our target accounts by developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. You’ll plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and partnerships to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.


Responsibilities


  • Customer acquisition and lead generation: Identify and target key customer segments, conduct market research, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate demand and increase conversion rates.
  • Paid Media and Social: Use paid channels to engage our target audience, driving them to the right content, call to action or offer that suits them best.
  • SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Email marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to nurture leads, drive user engagement, and promote product adoption.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements


  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
