As theHead ofSoftware Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Customer Success for Siemens Smart Infrastructure eMobility, you will: Lead our product lifecycle strategy, ensuring the successful development, launch, and maintenance of our Software Product portfolio. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from R&D and engineering to marketing and sales, to drive product success and market leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Software Product lifecycle strategy, including conceptualization, product development, launch, and post-launch optimization, including: Software solutions for installing and maintaining charging stations.

Charging and Vehicle Fleet Management Software, including home, workplace, depot and public, including billing Manage the Customer Success team. Lead and mentor a team of Software Product managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions. Define and prioritize Software Product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.

Collaborate with R&D, UX and engineering teams to ensure prompt and cost-effective product development, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive Software Product launches, marketing strategies, and sales enablement initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals. Monitor and analyze Software Product performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to find areas for improvement and optimization in customer experience.

Ensure Software Products adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance, working closely with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to meet safety, quality, and interoperability requirements. Continuously evaluate and perfect the Software Product portfolio, considering factors such as product differentiation, competitive landscape, and Customer needs, to enhance market penetration and profitability. Stay up to date on technological advancements and industry innovations, translating insights into actionable strategies to keep product relevance and competitiveness.

Collaborate with DevOps and procurement teams to ensure the sourcing strategies enable software business goals. You will make impact if you have the following qualifications: Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's in Engineering, or Business Administration. 8+ years in software as a service (SaaS) Product Management.

8+ years of Software Product lifecycle management methodologies and standard processes. 8+ years of Demonstrated success in leading and running cross-functional teams in a dynamic and demanding environment. Presently lives and can legally work in Western Europe or the United States East Coast for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Experience in both B2B, B2B2C and B2C SaaS Product Management experience in eMobility, electric vehicle charging solutions, IoT products, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with a history of driving product innovation and market growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external collaborators.

The pay range for this position is $140,200 - $240,400.The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
