```Overview:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable bilingual construction Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success through accurate material orders, documentation, and crew management.

Duties:

- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement appropriate strategies for project completion and customer satisfaction

- Facilitate effective communication between customers and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations

- Conduct pre-project reviews for materials and concerns, along with post-project evaluations to ensure completion of all work orders

-Create work orders for crews based on contracted labor, set schedules for crews, and manage job sites overseeing crew production

Skills:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Proficient in using project management software

- Excellent skills in customer and crew communication either verbal or written

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Background in construction production management with a working knowledge of basic construction skills

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Performance bonus
• Weekly pay
