We are seeking a leader to take our existing dealer network of audio visual dealers and shade dealers to the next level. As leader of our Dealer Unit, you will contribute to the success of the company by growing and servicing our dealer network while strengthening the internal service team.

Our business partners and customers include interior designers, architects, and trade professionals and we offer everything from measuring, consulting, installation, sales and fabrication of custom draperies, shades, and specialty items. We fabricate our products at our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. We source our materials and parts both domestically and internationally.
You will have the opportunity to learn our business and work closely with the other senior team members as a member of Lutek’s senior management team.

Your Responsibilities as Dealer Program Manager
You’ll be responsible for:(i) refining our strategy to expand our dealer network, (ii) analyzing the market for the most attractive potential customers, (iii) creating opportunities to pitch to new prospects and (iv) leading the dealer team to ensure our customer service standards are achieved. More details about the responsibilities are:
· Orchestrating sales of the company’s products.
· Prepare any action plans needed to ensure quota achievement.
· Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer issues.
· Constantly establish new and build upon existing relationships with dealers and other market participants in the window treatment space.
· Responsible for generation in excess of $1 million per year in sales.
· Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.

Requirements – What We are Looking For
· Someone who has the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with external parties. Likewise, the right candidate will have the ability to establish credibility and build effective relationships internally.
· The right candidate will have a proven track record of developing and winning new roller shade business and should be extremely comfortable networking, prospecting and cold calling.
· The right candidate should possess a rolodex of industry relationships.
· Preference for experience in roller shades industry.
· Comfortable multi-tasking on a daily basis to meet objectives.
· Ability to pass a drug test.
