Internal Job Title: Senior Fixed Ops Specialist
Location: Denver, CO (Remote)

Compensation: $110,000- $175,000 (Base + Commission)
Job Overview:
Oversee all aspects of project sales. Generating new leads, contacting or meeting with customers, managing prospects, and closing sales. Maintain working relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new business.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up
- Cost-Benefit analyses to meet customers’ needs
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule demands
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments when necessary
- Work with Project Engineer to design and develop Service Department plans
- Work with vendors to get accurate quotes
- Some travel
- Uphold DSD’s company standard
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the design and construction process
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must possess organization skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist multiple team members and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
- 5+ years of Sales experience
