Job Description
As Global Head of Capital Introductions at SALT, you will be the organization’s primary relationship manager with institutional asset allocators and alternative investment managers.
You will be responsible for keeping up with trends in the alternative investments space, having strong knowledge across various alternative asset classes and leveraging your experience to make effective introductions between managers and allocators seeking to invest into alternative funds.
SALT is a leading global forum for alternative investing and innovation. SALT hosts prestigious global conferences in North America, Asia and the Middle East-North Africa regions, making relevant connections between allocators, managers and companies on an ongoing basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively maintain dialogue with global asset allocators, working to identify relevant alternative asset managers and direct investments
Cover alternative asset managers across various strategies, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and real estate
Establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with allocators and managers
Maintain detailed records about dialogue with allocators and managers
Help plan and execute global conferences, overseeing the capital introductions aspect of events
Organize frequent, smaller events to build and strengthen relationships with allocators

Ability to analyze data and be a subject matter expert
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Previous experience working in a capital introductions or investor relations capacity at a global bank or asset manager
