- Motivate Student/Athletes to perform to the best of their ability in the classroom as well as on the field
- Collaborate with Assistant Coaches
- Communicates with other Head Coaches in sharing of athletes
- Collaborates with Feeder Program
- Previous coaching experience required
- Previous Head Coaching experience preferred
