Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team in the food industry. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and baking at our Production Facility. Your expertise in food safety and production will contribute to the success of our culinary operations.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods for a number of purposes
- Follow recipes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
