CDS Logistics & Home Services is looking to add an enthusiastic, highly-organized HDE Program Administrator to our team. We are seeking candidates with experience in logistics support, vender/business program account management, and customer service.
LOC Agent Support Analyst
In this role you will work within our Network Operations team supporting the daily operations of our HDE business through coordination of a variety of internal and external client requests. You can anticipate this role to focus on daily agent support, issue resolution, maintaining internal systems data integrity, training agents on the CDS HDE program, in addition to searching for and recruiting new agent partners. A successful applicant will be able to:

- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating efforts with other employees and external customers
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide admin support on all aspects of CDS warehousing programs for The Home Depot
Investigate, identify and sign-up new cross docks for the HDE-RSW program, as required.
Support the ongoing implementation and training on barcode scanning across the CDS HDE agent network
- Manage pricing, set-up, and training for new CDS cross docks within the HDE-RSW program, as directed
- Prompt assistance with the communication and resolution of any service issue claims caused by CDS or the CDS Agent Network. Position requires staff to be alert and address network issues on their own volition.
- Manage agent invoices for special services (review billing rates w/program Manager, submit for payment and billing regularly) and log pay history
- Monitor open orders and product inventories at CDS cross docks; conducting field visits as required to confirm data
- Periodic travel to agent locations for training, auditing, and inventory management. Will vary but could be up to 50% at times.
- Prompt assistance with all duties associated with the CDS Network Warehousing Programs. Position requires staff to be alert and address network issues on their own volition.
Work Environment
- Office space
- Ability to work at home office as well as onsite. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed to agent locations approximately 25-50%
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED, AA degree preferred.
- Superior organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication – both oral and written - and interpersonal skills
- Strong Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet search
- Aptitude for analysis of sales and financial data to support new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to get things done
- Ability to identify and develop creative process or solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and streams of information.
- Must be available for occasional travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain & logistics field
- 1-2 years of experience working in 3rd party logistics
- Experience with warehousing and storage programs
