We are currently hiring a Harm Reduction Re-Entry Specialist, to work in our Care Coordination Office. As the Harm Reduction Re-Entry Specialist, you would be responsible for:
- Engagement and outreach to people who use drugs
- Assessments
- Risk reduction education
- Linkage and Navigator services
Harm Reduction Re-Entry Specialist Minimum Salary: $21.54
Harm Reduction Re-Entry Specialist Maximum Salary: $21.54
Harm Reduction Re-Entry Specialist Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in health, education, or human services or RN, LPN, CASAC and 1 year of outreach
- 1-3 years of related experience (working with persons with mental illness, homelessness, chemical dependence, HIV/AIDS, or other chronic illnesses)
