You have a background in design operations or product development with an eye for detail. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities. You are someone who always connects the dots and loves finding creative solutions.
A Day in the Life:
This role will manage all aspects of hardware within our footwear category, liaising between design and product development on hardware development, and providing a centralized view of milestones and deliverables to ensure cross-functional adherence in regards to hardware.
The typical day could include maintaining the hardware library, partnering with design on hardware proto-correction, tracking the progress of hardware development, or creating agendas for and taking notes at hardware meetings. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of cross-functional partners within Design and Product Development who share your passion for excellence... and creating beautiful product!
To Land This Role:
• 5+ years experience in product development or design operations with a familiarity with hardware, footwear, or jewelry
• High proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills across a broad range of organizational levels and functions
• Solution-oriented - creative in finding solutions to business problems
• Detail and precision orientation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High-level organizational skills

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 85,000.00 USD - 115,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
