What the Position is About:
- Maintain good relationships with the existing customer base, and target new business opportunities with residential home builders, contractors, general contractors, remodelers, and architecture and design firms
- Increase sales revenue and profit by prospecting and developing new sales accounts
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company's product offerings
- Perform hands-on demonstrations and estimating
- Write sales orders and material quotes
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional departments to aid in maximizing sales
- Represent the company at sales events to promote business and develop relationships
- Develop sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Understand, learn, and potentially develop new trends within the hardscape industry
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of hardscape product knowledge is required
- Sales experience in the building materials industry
- Business development experience
