We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping Builder close claims.

- Bilingual in Mandarin & English
This person will preferably have Customer Service experience working with Large Home Builders. The candidate must have interpersonal skills, drive to follow through, and organizational skills. Computer knowledge is a plus. The job entails meeting with homeowners, scheduling appointments, getting the different subs to follow through on their jobs, etc. General construction knowledge. Must be Bilingual in English Mandarin
