Join our expanding Landscape Construction Teams at David J. Frank Landscaping, the largest landscape workforce in the state. We offer full-time, year-round employment with a variety of tasks including Hardscape Construction, snow removal, and training. Our team consists of over 250 landscape professionals, graduate horticulturalists, landscape architects, certified arborists, carpenters, an agronomist, an entomologist, and more. We tackle unique projects with the latest equipment and technology.  Our Hardscape Crew Leaders and Technicians report to the job site each day in the Metro Milwaukee area.  Valid WI Driver's License with a responsible driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid WI driver's license with responsible driving record a plus
• Technicians: We welcome your experience or we will train if you have no experience
• Crew Leader:  Minimum of two years hardscape experience
• Crew Leader:  Degree in horticulture and Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform Hardscape Construction tasks.
• Participate in snow removal during winter months.
• Engage in training and maintenance projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members on residential and public job sites.
• Crew Leaders: Provide effective leadership in communication and creating an environment where Team Members are engaged and learning
• Crew Leaders:  Lead and inspire your team to achieve quality outcomes for projects and services.

Compensation

• Compensation is based on hardscape and Crew Leader experience and is provided on a weekly basis.
