Job Opportunity: Remote Sales Representative (Real Estate Industry)

Bridgewise lending is a rapidly growing Hard Money real estate broker and commercial real estate lender. We are seeking experienced individuals within the real estate industry to join our team as remote sales representatives. If you have a strong network of real estate investors and a background as an agent, wholesaler, lender, or Hard Money broker, we want to hear from you.

Position: Remote Sales Loan Originator

Location: Remote

Employment Type: $100/week Base plus Commission

Responsibilities:

• Leads will be provided
• Utilize your existing network of real estate investors, including fix and flippers, builders, and multifamily owners, to generate leads and drive sales.
• Educate potential clients on our financial products and services, tailored to meet the needs of real estate investors.
• Collaborate with our team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the real estate industry as an agent, wholesaler, lender, or Hard Money broker.
• Proven track record of success in sales and a strong network of real estate investors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
