About the Role
- Work collaboratively with the executive, product, marketing & sales teams on a go-to-market strategy with the retail, apparel and footwear brands.
- Execute commercialization plans for hangers with our internal teams and customers.
- Co-creation of a solid pipeline of new hanger opportunities with a cross functional team.
- Develop and grow the hanger business in North America
- Create fluid workflow across support functions to include business development, product development and sales. Acting as the maestro of resources needed to deliver on sales opportunities and ensure customer voice is heard.
- Engage with key global stakeholders within Nexgen including product and vendor sales teams.
- Assist in delivering the Nexgen sustainability strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Business, Marketing or similar role is preferred.
- 5 + years’ relevant work experience
- Strong sales competencies and/or industry experience in packaging science with knowledge of design, materials and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- High business acumen, along with proven strategy, negotiation, and execution skills are required.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills required.
- Track record of developing and identifying, complex commercial partnerships while delivering to growth objectives is required.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, execution and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Must be able to travel
