-at least 2 years working in facilities or general maintenance doing light plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc
-some Electrical experienced preferred
-able to troubleshoot issues arising in the facility without supervision and be able to solve problems as they arise
-Knowledgeable and able to use tools of any kind, both power and hand tools
-able to work in a fast paced warehouse and office environment
-experience repairing machinery is a plus
-valid ca license required
