Duties:
- Provide exceptional Hair Color services to clients, including consultations, color application, and color correction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Hair Color trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of Hair Color products and supplies.
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend at-home maintenance products.
- Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive salon experience for clients.
Skills:
- Proficiency in salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in hair styling techniques, including cutting, blowouts, and updos.
- Expertise in hair threading techniques for precise hair removal.
- Strong upselling skills to recommend additional services or products to clients.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to handle front desk duties such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, and processing payments.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques for men's grooming services.
- Familiarity with retail math to accurately calculate prices and discounts for retail products.
- Valid cosmetology license required.
- Previous experience in store management or team leadership is a plus.
