Description:
Responsible for providing technical to customers for all Graham product lines. Working independently in a fast paced environment, the Service Engineer works with customer to troubleshoot equipment performance, provides technical data on existing equipment, prepares quotations for spares parts, makes service visits to customer sites, and collaborates with other departments as needed to achieve objectives. This position requires domestic and international travel (approximately 30%)

1. Must have proficiency in MS office applications including spreadsheet, enterprise resource planning, database, and specialized application software.
