About the role
Locale is looking to hire Guest Support Specialists to help serve our guests before, during, and after stays. We’re looking for an individual with an incredible customer focus and passion for hospitality. Communicating effectively with our guests and your teammates is critical for success in this remote role. As a member of our Guest Experience team, you will work closely with other specialists, and your manager, as well as our Revenue and City Operations teams. You’ll be the frontline hero and voice of Locale for our guests! This role is for our PM Team. Please apply if you’re able to work this shift: Thursday-Monday 1:30 PM-10:30 PM CST.
Here’s what you can expect to do during the week:
Help us scale by handling support requests over phone, chat/ text, and email
Help us maintain industry-leading guest satisfaction scores
Book new reservations and modify existing reservations
Learn the Locale platform inside and out
Process payments and send confirmation details to guests
Upsell, when appropriate, to enhance revenue
Accurately input data into our property management and reservation system
Foster connections with our guests, own issues that arise, and deliver positive outcomes
Use critical thinking to contribute to Locale by diagnosing problems, suggesting solutions, and implementing them
What we’re looking for
Prior experience working in multi-channel customer service (live chat, phone, email)
Prior experience handling customers who are in the midst of a high-stress situation
Prior experience exhibiting a high degree of empathy with customers
Prior experience working in a fast-paced customer service organization where you’ve handled multiple customer service channels simultaneously
Prior experience working remotely
Ability to work this shift: Thursday-Monday 1:30 PM-10:30 PM CST.
Tech-savvy - can easily work with multiple software applications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly self-accountable and a team player
Desire for ownership and growth in the role over time

We offer a competitive salary between $40,000 and $47,000 annually for this position, tailored to industry standards. This range applies to candidates in the United States and will be finalized based on experience and qualifications. For candidates outside of the United States, the compensation range can be confirmed before interviewing.
