Preferred Maintenance Skills
The Maintenance technician is a key player in our building. The candidate must have an expert understanding of the various functions and operations of a downtown building such as commercial plumbing, electric, HVAC, and carpentry. Essential qualities are a great team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond, and desire in continued education\on the job training.
Housekeeping Skills
Basic cleaning of floors & tables & bathrooms skills needed. Upkeep of the trash room is required as well.
The right skills
High School diploma or G.E.D
Speak, write, and understand English
Able to work in hot, cold, and various weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Able to expertly manage their time.
Have an understanding of plumbing and electrical diagrams.
Preferred but not required
H.V.A.C Certification
Journeyman electrician
Journeyman Plumber
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
