We are looking for a reliable, motivated team player. We are a Vacation Rental Company in Cape Coral and are in need of an In-house Guest Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Answering phones using proper telephone etiquette
- Monitoring voice and email messages and ensuring they are returned in a timely manner.
- Checking reservations to accommodate special requests on a daily basis
- Provide technical support for home amenities such as smart TV's, Wi-Fi connectivity, and other smart devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High-school diploma
- Patient, friendly and pleasant demeanor.
- Open availability to work weekends and other hours based on business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve and multi-task
- Must be able to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be solution minded
- Ability to maintain high working pace
