Natural Retreats is looking for a full-timeAlaya Guest Specialist to join our Santa Rosa Beach, FL team! The Alaya Guest Specialist brings direct sales knowledge to the forefront with their love of the beach, passion for quality, and top-tier service. This position primarily focuses on 360 Blue's multi-million dollar vacation homes and the VIP clientele that stays in these properties. TheAlaya Guest Specialist will proactively anticipate the needs of the VIP customer to provide exceptional guest satisfaction.
Compensation: $42,000annual salary plus $150 monthly gas stipend

Primary Job Duties:

• Manage guest stays from start to finish, providing personalized and top-tier service based on guest needs.
• Oversee VIP in-house guest experience, including regular communication, placing work orders, and resolving guest issues.
• Manage and maintain relationships with VIP customer clientele specific to the Alaya Collection to optimize continued revenue and client business.
• Exemplify superior concierge knowledge and assist in placing orders, communicating with vendors, research trending concierge offers, and ability to sell and book multiple concierge services and experiences.
• Inspect designated homes prior to guests' arrivals
• Provide individualized gifts to each arrival

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license
• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Self starter with the ability to problem solve
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective time management skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in the luxury hospitality industry
• Salesforce experience.

Hours of Work
Due to the nature of the job, the Alaya Guest Specialist should be flexible with their hours. Weekend and holidays are required and will generally be busy and considered working days with guest arrivals and departures although these can be covered on request and approval. We encourage all of our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. The Alaya Guest Specialist should always be available in case of emergency, which includes evening during peak season (no later than 8 PM). Generally, this means working some inconsistent hours. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
