Job Description
Responsibilities:
- handle incoming phone calls
- follow up with internet and phone leads
- greet customers entering the dealership as well as on the lot
- respond to customer’s complaints and route calls to appropriate person
- ask customer focus questions and begin the sales process as needed
- set sales appointments
- other related duties as assigned
-weekend availability required (Saturday)

- some automotive experience preferred; will train the right person
