The prime responsibility of a Guest Service Associate is creating an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and willingness to initiate genuine conversation and recommendations with our guests on European Wax Center services and products.

We are looking for individuals who are:
- Positive, friendly, upbeat, and detail oriented.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best.
- Consultation and sales experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to work flexible hours including morning, evening, and weekends based on guest demand and center needs.
- The ability to positively receive and implement feedback.
- Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Believe in and represent the EWC Growth Vision and values.
- Providing a safe, welcoming, and a memorable experience for our guests.
- Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guest needs.
- Managing the reservation books in a fast-paced environment and handling the daily flow of guests checking in and out.
- Exceeding individual and team sales goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
