Job Description:

Guest Services Representative (Quantity = 2)

Specific work responsibilities: Greet visitors and guests, and direct to appointment or inpatient unit. Provide way-finding assistance.

Mandatory qualifications: Ability to provide clear and accurate verbal directions.

What network access and/or various applications will the individual need?: Epic - to look up patient appointments; HID/SAFE - to process visitor badges

Desired Qualifications: Bilingual skill is a plus but not mandatory

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Sitting at desk

Special Considerations: A total of two temps are required, one for each of the schedules listed.
