Guest Services Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a guest service manager, food & beverage manager or front desk manager role in hotels
- Ability to create and build upon relationships with staff and guests
- Ability to assist the Director of Guest Services
- Understanding of high-volume hotel operations
- Self-starter with a passion to succeed
- Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
