As theGuest Services Associate, responsibilitiesinclude;providing outstanding service toour guests at all times through variety of communication pathways.Within this role there are varying degrees of processes in which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department. - As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected from the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) system, child abuse clearances are obtained through the Department of Public Welfare, and federal history is taken through FBI fingerprint screening.

Requirements
- Guests Services (Camp Office)
- Administer phone support with compassion and a SMILE.
- Monitor email accounts as anemployee and/or other departments as assigned.
- Provide an overview of the registrationstatus items.
- Assistcampers withpermanentand/ortemporaryarrivals/departures.
- Provide direction and communication with compassion to guests with challenges.
- Registration (CircuiTree- Camp Registration Management System)
- Manipulate registrationsas needed
- Review reportingand communicate to parents regarding prior to arrival requirements.
- Transferregistrations asdirected.
- Account management such as merging duplicate accountsas directed.
- Scholarship Program (Giving Back)
- Manageresource tools and responses partnered with supervisor.
- Facilities and Equipment (Innovating Environment)
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance of the camp office
- Monitorfront gate security surveillance to uphold a safe environment.
- Sales
- Communicating with our guests while on thephone and/or emails
- Other duties as assigned
- Be punctual and prepared to greet and serve guests in a cordial, professional manner
- Well-spoken and articulate over the phone, through written contact and in person.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Microsoft Office software

- Pennsylvania Mandated Reporter Certification
- NFHS Student Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Certification
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite,
