Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Service Attendant at KingPins Beaverton your role is to work with a team to maintain the cleanliness of the facility during operating hours. This includes bussing tables, helping guests at the lanes and doing restroom cleanliness checks.

All candidates are required to attend an open interview. This is your opportunity to have a one-on-one interview with a manager. Attend an interview Monday or Wednesday from 4-6pm, walk-ins welcome.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
- Bussing tables, checking restrooms and sweeping floors
- Assisting guests by providing exceptional service at the lanes and providing additional equipment such as light-weight bowling balls and ramps for children
- Meet sanitation standards and assist with daily and weekly cleaning

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Guest focused mindset

- Work well within a team environment
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Availability to work until 1:30am Friday and Saturday & 12:00am Sunday

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
