Wingstop, a leading restaurant in the food and beverage industry, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Guest Service Minded. As a cashier at Wingstop, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding flavor experience to our guests.

Section 1: Overview

• Take and give out orders to the kitchen staff
• Communicate efficiently with crew members and kitchen staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Balance cash drawers and handle customer queries
• Replace food if necessary

• Computer literate and comfortable using computerized register (POS) systems
• Great cash handling skills
• Professional, polite, and reliable even under stress
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills

Section 3: Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Take orders and make menu recommendations
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
• Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
• Ensure all orders are prepared within company quote times
• Double-check orders for accuracy before serving
• Balance the register at the end of the shift
• Maintain a clean and stocked front of house area
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Leave customers with a positive impression of their Wingstop experience
