Our Guest Service Associates' strengths include:

Greeter/ Sales Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Educate guests on our retail products, services and savings programs
- Greet and check guests in and out in a cheerful manor
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with dress code
- Maintain a beautiful, clean center
- Maintaining constant communication with Management and other associates
- Schedule reservations and make confirmation calls
- Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals
- Exceed guest expectations every time
- Uphold the company’s brand values
- Following all corporate policies and procedures
