TheGuest Services Associate is responsible for facilitating the functioning of the nursing units by completing such tasks as, but not limited to, transcribing physician orders, thinning and filing medical records, ordering and monitoring unit supplies/equipment, greeting/directing visitors by phone or in person, and completing computer data entry.
Shift: Monday - Friday, Alternating weekends. 30 hrs/week.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Attends and participates in in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs as directed.
- Maintains active resident’s charts.
- Complete daily computer data entry update of necessary medical forms.
- Guest Relations
- Orders, monitors and maintains adequate level of supplies and equipment for assigned units.

Requirements:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least twelve months of secretarial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
