Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Conduct night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Operate hotel phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with guest relations and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in hotel management software systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
