Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding Guest Service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations and manage room assignments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
