• Ensures the dining room remains clean and orderly.
• Ensures the front counter and mobile areas remain orderly.
• Maintains safety in the working environment.
• Ensures the safety of employees and customers.
• Monitors the premises and personnel.
• Delights and recovers guest who may have encountered issues during their dining experience.
• Provides general assistance for the team.

Guest Relations Job Description

A qualified and highly trained candidate must have all the necessary skills to maintain safety and order at all times, as we can't leave anything to chance. The safety of both employees and customers is the highest priority and we're looking for the top-level candidates with guest services experience.

Responsibilities of Guest Relations

• Monitors equipment and buildings.
• Monitors access points.
• Contacts Emergency Services when necessary.
• Prevents damage and losses by reporting irregularities.
• Informs violators of procedures and policy.
• Records surveillance activities, occurrences, information and observations to complete reports.

• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
