Key Objectives:
Deliver unforgettable, interactive experiences to all guests.
Lead by example with a floor-based approach, ensuring excellent Guest Experiences.
Collaborate with operations management to ensure smooth attraction operations.
Model the way and deliver training initiatives to develop the skills and attitudes of our Guest Experience Hosts.
Exceed guest expectations and resolve complaints with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
Uphold departmental health & safety standards and encourage others to do the same.
Health & Safety:
Ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors and employees.
Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed.
Maintain high health standards by cleaning and performing minor repairs.
Log all incidents and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Recruitment:
Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
Train staff on guest service, safety protocols, and core values.
Keep records of training procedures and staff sign-offs.
Finance:
Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures.
Manage cash office procedures, including nightly financial reporting and cash deposits.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service and guest interaction experience required.
Passion for entertaining children and families.
Ability to effectively train others.
Fun, outgoing personality with a knack for leadership.
