Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist in organizing and managing events, including conferences, weddings, and parties - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby area and common spaces - Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy - Address any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely manner - Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues is a plus - Experience working with children is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
