We work in a collaborative, hybrid office doing 3 in-office days a week.
Who You Are
As a Recruiter, you are an integral part of Justworks' long-term growth and success. You own the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to hiring, inclusive of learning the ins and outs of the organization. You have a solid understanding of industry best practices but also seek to innovate and experiment with your approach.
You will create custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement while partnering with our hiring managers. You will demonstrate building solid pipelines of candidates and closing candidates to meet company goals while maintaining the high standards and value-driven culture we've built to date. Candidates who have worked with you know that you are friendly, and responsive and respect your iron-clad integrity.
This is a contractor position for a 3-6 months period (potentially longer).
