About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GTM Enablement Leader to join our Invoca GTM enablement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our GTM team and have people management experience. As the GTM Enablement Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading GTM enablement team aligning sales, marketing and customer success efforts, equipping the GTM team with the necessary tools and resources, and driving overall GTM excellence.

You Will:

GTM Strategy Alignment:

    • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business objectives and align GTM strategies accordingly.
    • Own and contribute to GTM organization and company-level OKRs.
    • Ensure that sales, marketing and CS efforts are integrated to maximize effectiveness and achieve revenue targets.

Training and Development:

    • Own and manage GTM Training calendar and programming.
    • Design and implement comprehensive GTM training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales, marketing and CS teams from onboarding and new hire ramp to continuing education.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales, marketing and CS representatives to improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Content Development & Management:

    • Create and curate GTM content, including GTM collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams (especially Product Marketing) to ensure the development of relevant and compelling content that addresses the needs of the GTM team and resonates with the target audience.
    • In partnership with Marketing, manage customer-facing and internal enablement content and monitor/promote rep adoption of Highspot.

Event Planning & Execution:

    • Manage event planning and onsite logistics for periodic in-person GTM training (SKO, QBR, etc.)
    • Develop structure and create content for onsite agendas

Technology Integration:

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing and CS Operations on the deployment and adoption of key sales technologies.

GTM Process Optimization:

    • Analyze and optimize GTM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the customer life-cycle.

Metrics and Analytics:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM enablement initiatives.
    • Regularly analyze data and metrics to provide insights into the performance of the GTM teams and the impact of enablement programs.
    • Monitor and report on key rep productivity metrics for ongoing coaching and development.
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant years of experience; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in GTM or sales enablement or a related role, with a track record of driving GTM and sales performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales, marketing and CS training programs.
  • Familiarity with GTM - sales, marketing and CS enablement technologies and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a GTM team.

  • Position Base Range - Salary Range $140,500-$189,000/ plus bonus potential
