We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing demand generation team.
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth for our suite of FinTech usage-based SaaS products by creating and executing marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive pipeline, adoption and utilization of our Fintech products targeting existing ServiceTitan customers. This person will work closely with the demand generation, product marketing, operations, pre and post sales teams to create full-funnel, end-to-end campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Create and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth via acquisition, adoption and utilization within target customer accounts.
- Develop and manage end-to-end campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, operations and sales teams to create and execute campaigns that are aligned with business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy.
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve campaign performance.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and/or upsells through customer marketing campaigns.
- Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with product marketing, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
- Preferred customer marketing experience with fintech products and services.
- Preferred partner marketing experience.
- Strong experience communicating with senior leadership & key stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
