About the Role:
The goal of the Growth function is to identify new, high-impact opportunities to pursue and systematically improve the quantitative and qualitative metrics that drive business success. As an early member of the Growth team, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the function.
Your day-to-day focus will be oriented toward coordinating and leading cross-functional initiatives that include members of the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and other teams. Anchored in deep analytical expertise, you will be navigating the detail and intricacies of high-leverage work to improve and optimize various stages of the customer journey and experience. Your mission will be to ensure alignment with our overarching strategic vision, foster an environment of collaboration and innovation, and accelerate success.

Responsibilities:
  • Harness a deep understanding of our products and their unique selling points.
  • Create and refine growth models based on both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Lead customer journey optimization across acquisition, retention and cross-product adoption
  • Uncover new growth opportunities through user research and data-driven insights
  • Prioritize growth initiatives, shaping the Growth roadmap
  • Convey insights through clear narratives rooted in data-driven storytelling
  • Foster creativity to test unique strategies and approaches
  • Ensure that insights and findings are unbiased and statistically robust
  • Collaborate with various departments, seeking feedback and integrating growth ideas
  • Foster a growth-oriented approach within our objective-setting process
  • Stay informed about credit and consumer finance industry conditions

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in creating and leveraging quantitative and qualitative growth models
  • Strategic insight with an ability to align growth initiatives to business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of our products and the broader credit/consumer finance landscape
  • Demonstrable ability in experimenting, testing, and drawing sound conclusions
  • Proficiency in user experience optimization and knowledge of diverse marketing tactics
  • Diplomatic skills, fostering collaboration across departments
