Role

The role of Growth Coordinator is focused on managing content direction, social media touchpoints and driving outbound marketing efforts.

You’ve been recognized for your ability to foster communications, scale processes and learn on your feet. You’re known for being analytical, organized and professional. You are detail-oriented and process-driven, constantly striving for efficiency in any task that you set out to do.

Responsibilities

• Grow production and event demand

• Manage existing operations

• Marketing email blasts

• Content management

• Social media management

• Support managing editor and editors as needed

• Operationalize and manage remote teams of video content creators

• Concept and scale content marketing opportunities

• Manage outbound email marketing campaigns

What We Look For

• 1-2 years of marketing, journalism or communications experience

• Bachelors in marketing, communications, journalism or similar area of study

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
