The position of House Manager is an entry level, direct care supervisory position. Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the HouseManager will provide for the safety and well-being of each resident within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with residents, staff, consultants and administration. Responsibility to residents includes: provision of framework for an enjoyable learning experience in a family setting and provision of the skills, information, guidance, supervision and training necessary to foster growth and development. Toward this end, the HouseManager will facilitate implementation of general and specific household and individual routine/programming while serving as a positive role model for the resident population as well as Residential Direct Support Professionals.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required, BA or AA preferred
- Must have 3-years experience minimumin a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
- A valid driver's license
