Group Facilitator-Bilingual

We are seeking a Spanish speaking group facilitator to join our Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program (MID) team as we set the standard for treatment protocols with our compassionate, client-centered approach. The ideal candidate will share our passion for improving people’s lives by providing the best care possible. The group facilitator will be expected to provide organized and clear instruction while maintaining a level of comfort and safety that exceeds industry standards. Job Requirements: ➢ Facilitate a two-hour group, weekly, for sixteen weeks ➢ Manage up to, but not limited to, twelve clients per group ➢ Strong customer service background ➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ➢ Detail oriented ➢ Follow company Standards of Care to ensure proper care and documentation ➢ Experience in working with an electronic health record preferred ➢ Model effective communication and healthy coping skills ➢ Work collaboratively with MID team members ➢ Perform other duties as assigned
