Valiant is seeking Cyber Prosecutor: Lead Instructors to work at various OCONUS locations.

Position Requirements
- J.D. law degree. Must be a licensed attorney with experience prosecuting crimes involving digital evidence, forensic analysis and evidentiary
- Eight (8) years of operational or managerial experience in conducting digital evidence collection, forensic analysis and related law enforcement operations. Experience includes:
- Industry accepted forensic or computer/network related training
- The capacity to relate western legal concepts to foreign equivalent concepts, methods and techniques
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and online non-email communication methods such as Skype, IRC, Snapchat, FaceTime, SMS, etc.
- Have previously taught CAP or cyber related courses for local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies.
