Five Star Storage is seeking a Full-time Building Maintenance Assistant for their Fargo, ND operations. Five Star Storage is a North Dakota based, family owned, multi-state self-storage development and management company.

This individual will perform a variety of maintenance duties involved with the self-storage operations across our Fargo, ND portfolio of 10 different facilities. This individual must be comfortable working with and assisting other team members as well as customers.

Requirements

• An eagerness to keep their facilities running efficiently and effectively while looking top notch at all times
• Self-motivated and goal orientated
• Enjoys finding solutions to problems
• Valid Driver's License
• Prior maintenance/repair experience
• Comfortable working with a variety of hand tools (drills, angle grinder, etc.) and equipment (pickup, snow plow, bobcat utility truck, snow blower, riding law mower, weed whip, etc.)
• Ability to work well with others in the management office with a 'team' mentality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work occasional early mornings and/or late evenings along with weekends depending upon seasonal snow removal needs.

Typical Work Days/Hours

• Full Time Position:
• Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
