We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is cooked evenly and at the correct temperature
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with food preparation for catering events, as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Culinary expertise in grilling and cooking techniques
