- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
