Grill Cook

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, ensuring high-quality and delicious meals for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operate grills and stand for long periods of time
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for improving food quality and presentation
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in handling food and kitchen equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Flexibility to work various shifts 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
