GROUND is a fast-casual restaurant concept in Franklin, TN. We have two locations and a food truck. We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time positions currently!!! We are social, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to build a winning team where we have fun making great food consistently served quickly in a family friendly environment. Our kitchen is open so you must have great customer service skills even though the job is mostly kitchen driven. We are constantly changing things in order to streamline our process and keep up with the times. You must be open to change.

Ground is a rapidly growing, locally owned restaurant. We have two locations and a food truck currently. Our plan is to open 2 locations hopefully in 2024! We are currently hiring for both loactions in Cool Springs and Franklin, TN.* We need hard working, energetic, friendly applicants. This is a cooking position. Experience is preffered. Pay Based on Experience. Minimum GURANTEE of $15HR-$25+HR GUARANTEED WITH TIPS!!! *We have the tools to train anyone from no experience all the way to plenty experience.
